Uncle Sam Travel is a New Zealand agency that only does USA holidays. It had a strong voice, and the site needed to carry it instead of looking like every other agency with a flag graphic. I designed and built it in WordPress on Oxygen Builder. It opens with a counting preloader that resolves into America, done right. From there, a pinned horizontal rail scrolls sideways through five regions, from New York City to the big cities. A travel-style list shows a small photo next to each option as you hover, and a custom cursor grows over anything clickable. GSAP and ScrollTrigger drive the reveals and the pinned rail, Lenis smooths the scroll, and Barba.js runs a panel wipe between pages.
