Meridian Events plans and runs logistics for large international events, so the site had to feel as calm and precise as the work itself. I designed and built it in WordPress on Oxygen Builder, keeping the layout close to a printed programme. Big condensed headlines, an italic serif for accents, and numbered chapters carry the story, the services, the upcoming calendar, and past events. GSAP and ScrollTrigger handle the reveals as you scroll, Lenis smooths the scrolling, and Barba.js runs a curtain transition between pages so the site never drops to a blank reload. It opens with a short branded preloader, has a custom cursor, and has a light and dark toggle that remembers your choice. The upcoming events list counts down live to each event.
